Byrne Frodsham & Co offer specialist advice and representation for a wide range of motoring offences including driving with excess alcohol, failing to provide a specimen, speeding, failing to furnish details, careless driving and failing to stop/failing to report.

We have a breadth of knowledge and experience developed from successfully defending motoring cases over many years. We have also helped to shape the law through our involvement in leading appeal cases to the High Court and House of Lords.

That knowledge and experience allows us to analyse a case and where possible identify a defence. Such defences can include relatively simple problems with paperwork, statutory defences, problems with Police procedures and complex scientific challenges to breathalysers and speed measurement devices. Any one of those defences can lead to a client being acquitted.
